Unhappy Please Please Help!

i just bought an 04' tl with navi.
NBP on Camel, wood snift knob, woodgrain trim.

I am in Ontario, Canada.

I paid 34788.00 CAD before tax.
I haven't picked up the car yet, but here are some issues with the dealer so far.

I feel there are some issues, misrepresentation on the dealers part.

They said they'll give me an extra 6yrs/120000 km on top of what is remaining.

On the sales agreement, they did not write the starting from in service date.
only date on the bill was the day I signed it. 07/31/06

When I asked about this, the sales guy said..."no' its only 6/120000 from in service date. Maybe you misunderstood me. we probably forgot to put the in service date on the bill. But when you pick up the car, I can correct it for you."

Secondly, I ased the sales man, who owned the car before?
I was told, the car belonged to a 40/45 yrs old , who is moving back to hongkong, therefore had to give up the car.

After I signed and all, the sales manager who trie to sell me extra bs stuff...told me " you got a hell of a deal, cause the guy who had the car before you, couldn't afford the lease payments so he returned it.

I asked him, what was the guy like, and he said "early 30 yrs old asin man with dyed blond hair." Totally the opposite of what the salesman told me.

I tried to cancel the contract because of these 2 bS story I was fed, and wa told I can't, or I will lose my deposit of 1500.00 possible for fees.

Also, I was not told of the Acura Pre-owned Certify program benefits such as 7 day/1000km exchange, etc...

Any advice?

My advice, as simple as it may be, NEVER put down a deposit on a car and ALWAYS review all paperwork and question ANYTHING looking amiss BEFORE signing anything.

If you signed the sales agreement, you're going to play hell getting any earnest/deposit money back from the dealer.

Hopefully this down payment was put on a charge card that can be easily resolved with your card company.
