Picking up RRP / Camel tomorrow!

It's been a long time coming and I'm finally picking up my new 06 TL w/ NAV tomorrow. I've heard a lot about how the Camel interior is not that popular but in my opinion it's pretty classy. I'll post some pics as soon as possible.

Details

MSRP: $35,995.00(includes $670.00 destination)
Your Price: $31,799.00(includes $670.00 destination)
$956.97(Va. sales tax)
$85.00(new Va. tags)
$100.00(processing fee)

Total: $32,940.97

Welcome to the forum. Nice color choice. I originally wanted the RRP with camel as well but I got NBP with camel because a 6MT with Navi in that color came in and I was without a car at the time, so I didn't have a lot of time to wait around. Ms1995hoo has a 2003 RSX Type-S in RRP or something very similar (quartz interior, though) and every time I wash it I think how nice that color looks.

I haven't seen a lot of posts from RRP owners on here. Please keep us up-to-date on how that color is in terms of keeping it clean, swirl marks or other signs of wear, etc. I was perusing RDX information (mainly out of idle curiosity) and I see they've changed most of the color names for that vehicle, but I doubt they'll be all that different.

Great color choice!!! I wish, some days, that I would have gotten something different than my Anthracite/Ebony combo.

Congrats and welcome to the club!!

Thanx, and to be honest I'm not entirely sold on the color choice. I've seen one other RRP / Camel and some pics of Camel on this sight and I think it complements a dark exterior color well. My second choice was the WDP with Parchment and I'm going to ask the dealer to put one side by side with the RRP / Camel for a true comparison. I'll most likely go with the red though as that is the color I've been looking for. The only thing that is giving me a little hesitation is that my current car is a 91 Fbird with the same exterior color and do I really want to stay with the same color car.

The camel interior is the CLASSIEST. All it needs is a little sprucing up with some extra plood.

Thanks so much. I saw your original post and was thinking about it on my way to work this morning. I could not remember what it was called so you've saved me the task of having to search for it.

Great Choice! I own a 2005 RRP Camel Int. w/navi and simply love it.
I took it for 31,900.00 last July.
