Good job on reviving a 2 year old thread...

the answer is in page 1 of the thread titled "Does the Cargo Net come with the TL?" about half a dozen threads down from this one.

Yes, it is. It took an entire community of reasonably bright people days to figure this out when the car was released because Acura didn't write instructions.
