Perma-Plate
My Acura dealer is offering Perma Plate as an option for about $500. It's very expensive. Not having done any research prior to buying this, I accepted it. They still haven't applied the perma plate (just got the car Friday) but I had it added to my lease term.
question #1: Does this stuff even really work?
#2: Can I go back and have it removed from my finance papers by refusing it... basically asking for my money back? Has anyone ever done that after signing?
#3: Does anyone have any experience with the Perma-Plate Clear Shield (like the Clear Bra)? They offered to use my credit towards the shield instead of the paint protector for an extra $350... totalling $750.
Thanks guys
2007 Acura TL Type S Automatic... and loving it except for the gas consumption!!!

not vtech... VTEC!!!
$500 is not too bad for clear bra.
It really depends on the workmanship and coverage.
on the other hand IMO the paint protector is garbage... just keep your car waxed.
