Peak is on a seek

I'm looking at an '04 Navi 89,000 mi/w Blue ex. Camel int. one owner. Could have been an auction auto. Asking $12,900 from a small dealer. I have about $4,000 down to play with. Haven't driven or exam the car yet. Please give me your best opinions. ALL is appreciated. The Cost, mileage, age, year ECT. Thank you.

Mileage is kinda high for my liking but exam the car really good. If all the maitenance, recalls, etc. have been done, the car may be in great shape.

If it's the one at Liberty, pics look clean, but need to check CarFax for any purchase. Although it's not 100% correct at times, it will give you an indication of mileage, location, and number of previous owners. Check the body panels for the correct VIN numbers as they are stamped.
I'd say that's a decent price, but with the 105K approaching, the timing belt , tensioner, etc will need to be changed @ $1100 if done by the dealer.
You can always take the VIN to Acura and let them check what might have been performed at the dealships.

Check it over very closely, and don't forget to check the wheels for damage and condition along with the tire brand, size, rating and tread wear pattern to be certain.

Just thought I'd add, the KBB suggested retail is $14940.

Where exactly would the numbers be stamped on each panel? I'm going to go and look at one tomorrow. What's the stock size tires, and brand?

Just mentioning brand of tire to see if a popular set is on the car or someone installed some off brand cheapos, 235/45-17. There's a placard inside the diver's door on the sill that will give you in tire info. Look for the VIN on the underside of the hood, on each door, truck, and I believe on the right side of the rear bumper cover near the tail light.
