What paint did you use to paint those engine covers? Looks good
Some high heat I'm guessing?

^ I used high temp primer, high temp paint, and clear coat gloss.

Yoks, what plasti dip color did you use? It looks good and resembles the AM color which I'm trying to find; is it gunmetal grey? I found that they make an actual anthracite color but it looks to be only available online.

Adastra I did not use plasti-dip. I used Dupli color GM paint. Storm grey met.(14 WA391E)
From O Reillys auto parts. I use Scotch brite to scuff up the finish so the paint will
stick better. I sprayed 3 coats then waited for paint to dry. Then wet sand with 1000
grit for the final finish.

^^Ah I should have guessed, that's why it looks so good haha. I was hoping that was plasti dip, only because I want to give that a try before I actually paint it and that's pretty similar to the look I'd like. Thanks for the information though.
