I ordered a pair of clear projector lens for my headlights to make them a tad brighter and the cutoff sharper and more colorful. Since I had to completely disassemble the headlights to swap out the lenses I painted the chrome section inside the headlamp black since I really like the way the TL-S looks. Everything turned out perfect. I left the amber portion in the headlight as im not a fan of the clear/chrome look. Taking off the bumper and removing the headlights was a pain in the ass IMO. The drivers side was a pain to remove the ballast bracket since that rediculously huge air intake box is right in the way. Other than that fairly straight forward the headlights came apart easily.
I also threw in a picture of my recently painted calipers and rotor drums.

I actually kind of like the look of the painted headlight with the reflector. It's different.

 

^I agree. I will be doing the same exact headlight mod + halos.

It actually looks meaner... I thought that doing it exactly like this + tinting the amber a shade for too would look nice as well.
