painted grill question

so my car was hit in the parking lot of my gym yesterday. luckily the women that did it came in and told me. also, the damage is to the drivers side door, which has minor ding that's been driving me nuts for months, so its not all that bad. Since the cars going to the body shop anyway I was thinking about having the inserts of the grill painted. looking to get an idea of a fair price from those who have had this done.

I paid $50 to have mine color matched RRP. Anywhere from $50~$70 should be a good price, make sure they prep and prime the parts well before painting.

thanks. I'll make sure. I saw a member either here or on cardomain that had the inserts black with the trim color matched to his WDP. can't find anywhere now though...

^I think Trew has his grill like that. Search for his profile and he should have pictures in his album.

I got raped when I got my grill painted. It was actually 5 pieces: mustache, lower "v" trim, center bar, center part of grill (which is attached to the bumper). 5th piece was the rear trim on the trunk. They did a great job, I've had several compliments, but I was charged $250. I had my bumper off while I shipped my headlights to JnC, so I even saved them the labor. All they had to do was prime, paint & clear.
