Paint and Windshield

I have a very small chip in the front windshield. Size is about pen point. Any suggestion?

I also have a paint chip . Very small and when i put my finger over it i can hardly feel the chip. Again any suggestions?

Thank you for your time.

Paint chip could be covered by touch-up paint.

As for the windshield, do you call your insurance or the window specialist? They would have easy way to fix that "hole" if that really bothers you. IMO.

If you're as anal as me, you'll stay off of interstates or similar highways, take back roads and residential areas, and try to avoid roads with a lot of trucks.

Most autoglass shops in Colorado can repair a chip in about 10 min. They drill a hole through the glass and use some kind of mixture to fill it. It is heated and becomes damn near invisible.

If you don't repair those chips here they will soon turn into an extensive crack across the windshield.

Can anyone else give more advise? Should i use rubbing compounds instead of touch up paint?
