Paint

Since someone recently keyed my car, I probably have to paint my car. Anybody have any suggestions on what I can add to my car that has to be painted? I would like to turn this negative feeling and turn it into a positive. =)

I've thought of:
07 Type-S spoiler doesn't come in my color. (ABP)
Engine cover

If you have mud guards and have no plans for a body kit, color match them.

Other than that, front grill if your into that sorta thing.

Go for the ron jon kit! It's fairly cheap if you buy it unpainted!

Well I'm just saying that you can save like $850 over the painted cost.

It's just my opinion; that's what I'd do. The ASPEC kit just doesn't do it for me. All it is is extra tacked on trim over the existing trim, whereas the ronjon kit is a complete replacement of the bumpers (sideskirt notwithstanding). I really REALLY don't like the look of the hundreds of pounds of useless extra trim that so many American cars seem to be getting (see Chevy Avalanche). Is all of this extra trim supposed to be making my car faster or something?

If I got the RJ kit eventually Id feel like my car is... Im looking for a word short of rice cause Ill get flamed if I say that... but even with my rims on I feel kind of immature and once in a while I like to throw my stocks on when I start to feel like I shouldnt be hooking up a family sedan. As for the Aspec kit I think it adds a nice stock touch to the car. A cheaper and more professional alternative. But then again my car is a lease and Im only 19.

I'm just going to have the grill done. I had an estimate today for the damage of the keyed marks... $1500. + $300 for the rental I just got. Fortunately for me, the body shop is a customer of my mother and he will be doing all the work for free!!! I'm soooo happy about that.

BTW I have the A-Spec kit already. The picture I have up is older...
