Ouside tempertature reading is off??

Ouside tempertature reading is off??
I live in FL and I noticed the outside temperature reading on my O4 TL is about 8 to 10 degrees off. Is anybody else having this problem? Also is there a way to re-calibrate to get a more accurate reading?
The reading on my 02 TL-S was right on.
