One of 4 tail/stop light LED's is dim

One of 4 tail/stop light LED's is dim
2006 TL 6speed.
When you are looking at the back of the car the lower left led array is quite dim compared to the other three. The stop light has the same problem when the brake it pushed.
The lower left stop light led is about as bright as the other three LED's when they are in the running light mode.
Has anyone seen this issue before.
