Not saying this to get on you Timmah, but to express a viewpoint on the "flaming" of other people's car just because the mod doesn't meet your code of approval. My car, I own it - I can do what I want...end of story. Having said that, if someone ASKS others for their opinion of their mods and they are "wack" - IT'S ON!!

(I would go with the yellow for change tho)
Well it is illegal in California.. =p

I completely understand what you're saying though

isn't it dangerous when you blind other drivers with "two" headlights?

hid fogs are crazy, makes the car look like a space ship, so bright you won't be able to see what car its coming from since its lost in all the glare, by the time they notice it was a tl is too far away for them to notice all the nice modding we all have done to our TL's. I think the yellow are much nicer.....

IMO, as long as you don't blind other drivers, it's ok to do whatever you like with those fogs.

My thought with the 5% tint is that you're sacrificing looks for safety. I have 28% tint which is the legal limit in Oklahoma and it's pretty dark. Nobody can see inside unless the sun is hitting the windshield and they cup their hands around their face on the glass.

My understanding of 5% tint is that it's for non-drivers such as passengers in a limousine.

And yeah, staggered wheels look nice, but on a FWD car just screams, "what are you thinking?"

not for nothing but the HID fogs help A LOT! especially when ur speeding and u wanna spot a cop... they reflect enough light to actually hit the reflective material on their cars.... I avoided accidents with deer...not speeding just cruising u notice everything around by a lot more.....i dont really think Yellow bulbs are going to do much...but again to each their own.

yea definatly true, makes all that reflective material on cops cars light up like a chhristmas tree, and incoming potholes/ objects in the road, that extra second could be vital in saving a rim or two

I would think a cop would get irritated with your lights if you can light them up and see the reflective material off the cruiser.

Also, when I need to see things futher away I turn on my high beams. I bet you have a horrid glare coming from your foglight housings that blind oncoming trafic.

no glare as long as they are aimed right, sure if the fogs are aimed up at the sky its gonna blind other drivers, but properly aimed fogs wont, at least not any more than stock headlight hids blind oncoming drivers, there has been plenty of times when nex lexus, bmw, acura projector hids blind, especially the headlights that are equipted with the projectors that bounce around aioming up and down and left and right, far more dangerous then hids in the lower bumper on my lowered car, ya know?

yellow fogs aren't my thing, no matter jdmish they are, no matter how good they may be in the fog (oh, the irony). If you don't need the fogs, might as well make them useful. I live in an area without much fog, but I could really use any extra light in the night, so I'd put in the HIDs. Not that I have yet, but it's on the list. If you don't need'em, might as well make them useful, and look good while you're at it. Just my 2c.
