Thanks for searching, I think it is because no one has figured it out yet.
Here is what I know:
If it if a clunking noise (not loud) and on the passenger side with no one on the pass side, make sure the seat belt is not twisted, if it is, it hit the plastic part of the B pillar
If it is on the drivers side, about ear level, it is the seat belt height adjuster, it rattles a little.

we have the EXACT same problem. You described it very well: a creaking sound coming from above the passenger side B pillar. You can hear it going over road imperfections, bumps, and body flex, such as turning up a hill.

Originally, I think the same as need4spd, the seat belt issue from the passanger side. If I put it well, the noise is gone.
But if you talk about the noise, especially driving over the bumpy or uneven roads, my car has the similar sound from the glovebox. Actually, it's behind my glove box.
I alwayse hear the similar noise from there. Gonna DIY to remove the glove box and fix it.
??
Also, two weeks ago, while driving to/from Boston, I always heard the similar sound from my driver side door/handle, it's the contiguous vibration/creaking noise when speed above 60 MPH... I have no idea about this... my stupid dealer of course cannot figure it out... However, if I kneed the handle, the noise was gone. Something looses inside.

Ok, I have two of them, the one acuradict has (which is the seat belt height adjuster right at ear level) and then the one rets has, if you push on the verticle door pull on the inside of the car, it goes away.
Just proves that Acura builds them consistantly (ISO9002)
These will all get worked out, just finding them is the issue.

i have this creaking sound too, only when over rough roads or humps which makes the body flex...
it's so distracting and irritating...at the back of your mind you wait for it to happen when you're about to hit a rough on the road...it's like you're always anticipating it ...i hate that!

had same....now fixed
open the rear passenger door and pull the top of the window frame while holding door open with legs. You need to actually bend the frame a bit to form a tighter seal. I know....sounds crazy but this is a pretty typical adjustment done on body shops and on new car production lines...it worked
