Oil and fluid level problems?

I have a 6MT w/ navi, VIN in the 17xxx, and 1900 miles, and I think I might have a problem. I checked the oil and coolant at around 600 miles and the coolant was about halfway between the min and max lines, and the oil was full. Now, at 1900 miles, the coolant is just below the minimum line and the oil is halfway between the upper and lower marks. I checked the car after it had been sitting in the garage for 7 hours.

Is this normal? I was thinking that maybe the cold temperatures here in NJ or engine break-in had something to do with it, but I have a gnawing sensation that there is a leak or problem somewhere. I usually keep my rpms below 4000 and have maybe had 2 or 3 sprints to redline during my entire ownership (all after the break-in period).

Any thoughts??

Regarding the coolant level, that needs to be checked when the car is at operating temperature, not cold.

Also, the engine oil needs to be checked a few minutes after it is turned off.

Check the manual to make sure I am correct, but this is what I remember reading in the TL and other cars.

Coolant less than minimum may be a problem. Usually it sucks some out of the reservoir tank in case needed. If it is low check your reservoir. I used to check it religiously in case of my old car. Do not know if it is the same case in TL. I'll check mine in the morning since I also have 2200 miles now and vin #17xxx.
