How fast does the oil turn blackish after changing it?

This is the oil from my 05 TL after I changed it approximately 3 weeks ago by myself with Mobil 1 driven approx 100 miles, the car has 220,000 miles on it: You can see the oil still
has its original golden brown color



This is the oil from a 2025 Honda Accord LX changed at the Honda dealer. The car has 3,000 miles on it.. This picture was taken a day after the change and driven 80 miles. You can see it has dark brown spots almost black. What is causing this. It might be hard to see but when I was checking the oil level, I saw dark brown as if it was dirty oil. Is this normal? Why didn't I see this on my 05 TL? Dealer said they used full synthetic oil.

 

Oil gets dark pretty much right away. Doesn't say anything about how well it lubricates.

 

05 LX is 4-cyl, K-Series Engine. It is a whole different world than v6 J-Series Engine.
