You are right I looked closely too and those definitely are IL plates! That HAS to be the same car. There can't be 2 orange TLs in Chicago. The day I saw it though it looked to be in really good condition and waxed up. He was on A-Spec wheels too. (I THINK they were chrome.....) I guess he put his stockies on for last winter. Didn't look like a car that someone beats on.

Where - TORONTO: Turning left into Finch Ave East from Torresdale Ave.
When (Day & Time)- Friday Feb. 13th @ approx 7:00 pm
Any type of mods that stuck out- Aspec body kit. Rear wing spoiler. Car looked like a clone of my 04 WDP TL. Think it was a 6MT too!

Where- northbound on San Gabriel Blvd in San Gabriel (CA)
When (Day & Time)- 2/6, Friday, about 9 or 10am
Any type of mods that stuck out- stock (looked stock)
Male/Female- Dude
Did anyone in the TL see you?- Yep - returned the wave I gave. (friendly wave...not the one-finger kind)

i havent seen a 04-06 WDP Full a-spec in a long time....today outside of best buy on old country road...i was hoping it'd be al but this is only A-spec; also the first set of lights i've seen in a while that werent cleared.
also on old country road saw another AM TL with a-spec kit but RJ shoes i think? i tried to wave but i had to make a right onto the highway

Looked real clean...
I think it had a nice Body Kit on it (but to short of a glance to get a real idea)
Don't know if it was a girl or guy
2nd was going across the Brooklyn Bridge
Wednesday morning 02/25 @ 5:30-ish

I liked your paint job on the back bumper
Didn't get a great look due to the traffic
Car looks good though
