Hi all. Just wondering which fluids most of you are using for your 3G TL.

I assume most are not using OEM engine oil, and are likely using OEM automatic transmission fluid, but for the other fluids (engine coolant, brake fluid, power steering fluid, etc) are you using OEM, or going to your local parts store for this stuff. If so, which brands are you using?

Found discussions regarding AT fluid, but not much with regards to the other fluids. If this has been discussed, feel free to leave the links here.

OEM transmission fluid, engine coolant, and power steering fluid

Engine oil - anything goes really, typically use Mobil 1/Castrol Edge/Costco (Kirkland) 0W30 (live in hot Houston weather)
Brake fluid - any solid DOT3/4 is fine, usually use Valvoline since my TL is a DD. Some track folks will use ATE 200 or Motul

 

Basically this

 

Engine Oil - Mobile 1 extended performance full synthetic
Brake fluid - BG DOT 4 (what we use at the Acura Dealership that I work at)
Coolant - OEM coolant
Transmission - OEM
Oil Filter - OEM

Only thing I don't get from the dealership is the oil.

 

Engine Oil - Castrol full synthetic
Brake fluid - Prestone synthetic DOT3
Coolant - OEM
Transmission - OEM for AT, GM/AC Delco FM-STF for MT
Oil Filter - OEM
Power Steering Fluid - OEM
