that site is legit. although, you're buying the OEM version of the type-s spoiler, it will be super expensive.
Like 400 dollars if i remember correctly.
Most people head to ebay and get an M3 style lip spoiler. its a little bit different than the OEM type-s deck lid, but most people wont know the difference.
I believe every one grabs it from the ebay seller "thespoilerstore"

Yeah that site is legit.
Justin- I think he is referring to the Type-S front lip ASPEC spoiler not the rear spoiler.
Contact one of our vendors like AckTL05, Wholesalepartsguy, Tim.....they will give you better prices.

If AckTL05 said he can't get it, most likely you can't either. All the dealers gets them from the same factory distribution center. I believe they have discontinued the CBP. I should know because I had to order the Base A-Spec lip in CBP and the Type-S A-Spec rear lip in CBP. i have a '08 Base TL.
It worked for the better. I ended up getting a type-s quad exhaust and it looks much better:
