OEM Honda Brembo Pads vs Brembo P28059N Pads

I am going to go back to the dealer and pay the money. I have bought the oem real Brembo pads that came on my car (for a discount, not at dealer), and will have them put the pads on and resurface the rotors. I tried the cheaper way and it backfired.

Stop screwing around having the rotors resurfaced; buy new rotors.

Rotors are so cheap nowadays that I don't bother with turning them anymore. I have the Raybestos Advanced rotors with Akebono Ceramics on my 4G. I'm extremely pleased with them. No warping so far, smooth as butter at stopping and almost too much braking power. I have to go easy on them otherwise I lock up the brakes. Only 10K so far though. The only combo that came close to this one was Brembo blanks with Durlast Gold on my 3G. Those were great as well. Wasn't really pleased with Centric rotors (I think I got a bad set).

Don't have money for rotors, but you do to pay the dealer to turn the existing ones and install pads? $120 for a new set of rotors from Autozone, slap them on, grease the back/edge of the pads, and call it good. The only risk there is if your caliper bolts have issues.

Back to OEM Honda Brembo Pads 45022-SEP-A60
No offense gentlemen, but I'm going to steer this back to my original question which is comparative assessments between the 2 brands I mentioned i.e. OEM Brembo from Honda and the Brembo item that's cheaper. Like I said in my original post, all I'm finding when I search the forums is recommendations for OTHER pads...that's not what I'm looking for. I'm targeting OEM Honda Brembo Pads (45022-SEP-A60) and the much cheaper Brembo P28059N. I really don't care about other pads at this time. If there are no other reviews between these 2 then so be it. I went ahead and bought the Honda ones for now since I do need to get the replaced...but will save any data points for the next purchase.

No lie, I have ~200K miles on a set of RB ET300 pads I'm totally astonished at how long they've lasted and there is still a ton of pad material left. I don't think they're quite up to par with the OEM Brembo pads, but great performance with little to no dust. Just took this picture last week:

Starting to get some pulsations on heavy braking now. Pretty sure the rotors are toast. I haven't measure them, but they're probably at min spec or very close to it. The RB ET300s still have a lot of material on the pads. I'm amazed (and confused) at how long they've lasted.
I'm going with OEM Brembo pads this time. And Centric 12540062 rotors from RA for $115 shipped. Almost went with the Akebono Street Performance pads, but decided to go back to OEM. Got them off of Ebay for $145 shipped. Review to follow.
OP, how are you liking the OEM pads?

I recently replaced my front pads with AKEBONO's from rockauto. I have all the stopping power of the original Honda pads without the dust !

I've got these on my car. The paint flaked off pretty quickly around the edges/fins in some areas but the coating on the hubs seems to be holding up fine. Same thing with the 120.40061 ones I put on the back

I have run almost 2 years on the OEM Brembo pads. I can't say anything bad about them except the price. Great pads, especially the grease that comes with them, best copper grease I have seen.
That said, i will be trying a set of semi metallic pads in another year or 2. I love dirty wheels.
