Odd fasteners ..Why?
Is this common on your engines also? Most bolt heas on his engine cover are normal heads then there is 2 domed ones?


If common .. any reason for this? Maybe they are studs for cover positioning?

Yes, and I lost one in the "V" when I was installing the ThermoBlok Spacers. Never did find it. Used my magnetic wand = no cicar.....

I wondered about this also...........

Yes, the domed bolts are studs that help you align the plenum/plenum cover and gaskets at installation.
