They don't really bend pieces or pull strings for you but when they service you, they do it well.

Especially speak with Michael Denfield and another guy Chad. They're down to earth guys. And i don't know if she works there anymore but the cashier for the parts dept is hot and has tig bitties!

Chad comes highly recomended from the guy who sold me my TL. His name is Dave, British guys with a KBP TL-S. Great salesman, he even told me to not bother with the accesories there, to go on eBay and buy them from Acura dealers there...they're cheaper and come with instructiosn so you can install yourself...or worst case scenario, Chad will do it for a "good price".

I think that any dealer that will tell you that is a pretty decent guy...

Micheal Denfield is the MAN !!! Steve Greiner is cool too.. chad doesnt know that much...

Like Brian said... when they do service, they do it RIGHT... prices are steep... they've turned the other cheek for me once or twice and ignored my modifcations while servicing warranty stuff.... so .... they're cool in my book...

but micheal denfield really knows his shit

I dealt with Steve, Michael, and Chad all service advisors and they are all great. My most recent service was with Chad and he made sure I got all my stuff repair with no problems. I did purchase my KBP TLS there. And the british salesguy is Darren Stewart. He is sold me the car and he also drive a KBP TLS, but with taupe interior. I have the black. I would will give a GO for their service, but like always, everytime I take my car in for service, I thoroughly inspect the car before leaving the lot.

Things went extremely well yesterday. I've never actually been so happy leaving a dealership. Rallye did the PS hose, wiper motor and fuel relay recall on my 05 and the service and people were top notch.

Stephen Grainer took care of me and I highly recommend him. He's a pretty cool guy. Every one I spoke to was extremely professional and Rallye's shop looked clean and well organized. I have full confidence in them.

Now that was some funny shit! I have been to three different dealers and they all seem to have hot as cashiers. It makes sense, the pain is a little easier when you are seeing some cute ass women behind the counter.

Steve Greiner on more than one occasion has made me waste so much money over the years...

Rall motors is pretty good with customer service, but they will charge you for whatever they can....
