NPB TL-S is almost mine
I finally purchased my first car, NPB TL-S. The guy i bought it from still owed money for it so the bank had the title. I'm down at college so i've never seen the car yet, my dad gave him the money and dealt with the bargaining and looking at the car. The car is just sitting in the driveway at home, but by next week, hopefully, i'll have the title of the car and i'm gonna make a trip back home and take it out finally AND get to see it for the first time. Never been so excited to drive

congrats man.. I've had my 04 6MT TL for a little over a year and its alot of fun. Thats a very impressive first car to say the least. Whats the car like? 6sp, auto? a-spec or any mods to it when you bought it?

well, it's not really my first car, i used to drive a volvo before this, but it was more of a hand-me-down from my sister. This car would be technically my first car then. It's auto, stock. The drive to college from home is 4 hours long so i didn't want to have to deal with manual.

I am going threw the same thing right now. I bought a kbp TL-S last sat. The owner was nice enough to let me drive it home with his plates and I put it in my friends garage, which is a half hour away from where I live, so I haven't seen it in a week.
I could see on line at the dmv in Mass that the lien has been taken off the title and has been sent to the seller, so I should have it in a few days.
I think your pop is gonna expect some good grades, or a least go cruisin with you in return.
Congrats

I live in NY and either the person selling the car has the title in hand, with a lien on it, or the bank where the person got the loan from is holding the title. I am guessing where you bought the car from, the bank is holding the title, so they will most likely send it to you when the check clears.

Congrats! It's been almost a year since I bought mine. Simply love this car. Don't forget, Father's Day is coming up in a couple of months. Congrats on your new TL-S and welcome to AZ
