Nother Newbie
Newbie here, just wanted to say 
to all the guys on here, dont really own a TL (i'm only 15!) but it is my goal to at least be leasing a used one by the age of 20. I'm hoping my love for TLs will be enough to go on these forums, if not, feel free to kick me out

Do well in school, work hard, and eventually you'll get what you want.

Welcome!! if your only 15, your goal doesnt need to be "leasing" when your 20...get a solid job.. and work. i waited tables at an Outback all through high school and college, great money for the hours..then you will be able to put enough down to purchase a used one, or by that time you may be the first one on here with a 2014 model good luck

thanks all. I plan on working every summer, and christmas break, and whatever else break there is in the school year. I would get one right now, but I'm on a scholarship so I need to focus on school. I may be one of the first with a 2014 model...it's just that it feels sooooooo far away

It is okay that you are 15 and aspire to have a TL when you are 20. IMO, it is more important for you to study hard in school, get good grades and get into a great college. If you achieve that, maybe your parents will reward you and help you out with your future purchase.

hey, here in Canada, nobody goes to college. its UofT for me. It's just that I can't wait that long driving momma's Cavalier.

Welcome! It's nice to see that you aspire to own a TL like everybody on this board. Work hard at it. I know I did and I was surprised with one. Soon enough you'll have one. These boards really help you learn a lot about the car, it's ridiculous. You'll be at an advantage when the time does come and you get one because you'll know exactly what you want before you have it! Enjoy!
