Is it possible you have water in your gas?
Dump in a bottle of HEET.
Also, buy better gas.

It crazy I’ve owned the car for about 3 years only put regular in it and never had a problem until I did the last tune up about 3 months ago. Thanks for all the input will definitely change octane

Lack of premium is unlikely to be the culprit unless you have just been using crap fuel in general. If you insist on using 87 octane, at least make sure it is top-tier rated to make sure there are enough detergents to help keep things clean. Give 91+ a shot for a tank or two and see if it helps...but my guess is it won't.

So the problem began 3 months ago when you did a tune up?
Check OED for HINT.

I did the tune up in June 2021 but in November it gave misfire codes so I had a mechanic look at it turned out to be a dead coil. Changed the coil and about 3 weeks later same issue. So I changed all coils again car worked fine for about a week and now this issue but no codes or lights. At first is would only happen after a cold start and then after bringing up to temp I’d put it in reverse the car would make that sound and sometimes while waiting at a light it would feel like misfires but still no codes.

Find it odd that it happens at a slant. Motor mounts are all good? Have you listened to different parts of the motor with a mechanic's stethoscope?

The motor mounts have cracks so they do need to be replaced but today I backed it up in
my driveway and I heard the noise from the drivers side rear. Around the tire. So I’m not sure if it’s my rear end or maybe something else with the suspension
