Not saying goodbye

Original Owner 05 manual with 265000 miles, Time for a new car so I pull the trigger and then look to either selling or handing down the TL.

More I thought about it, decided to keep the TL and use it for a daily and “roof rack” trips. Doesn’t owe me a thing and still runs great.

only problem is no room in garage for the new car, my other baby is in there under wraps….

so I see the TL hitting 300k in 2023.

No wonder you’re keeping the TL after a downgrade like that!
just kidding! Congratulations on the new wheels, I hope you’ll enjoy it as much or more than the TL for just as many miles!

And you say you have a toy in the garage, you’re not lacking in the car department

congratulations again!

I’d recommend tile as an option for floors
has worked out well and very easy to clean with a hose and squeegee

With current used/new car prices, it makes sense to hang onto a good running, paid for car.

How about the grout, does that clean up easily?
I have the epoxy resin garage flooring, looks cool, but when wet, it’s dangerously slippery. It cleans fairly easily with soap though.

High used car prices is a good time to offload any “extra” cars though, which seems to be what his TL is. Not all decisions are just numbers on a spreadsheet though.

I went with a dark grey grout, floor is dirty now but it looks new when clean. I couldn't go with epoxy, the garage floor was a mess. The tiles leveled it out nicely.
Yes, TL just has clutch/flywheel/timing belt/new tires/brakes so figured if I sold it I'd not get all my money back. Will use it as a daily for a while it runs great.
300,000 miles my goal. Nobody in the family want a manual hand me down anyway.
The RX7 - as long as I can still get in its staying
