And you say you have a toy in the garage, you’re not lacking in the car department
I’d recommend tile as an option for floors
has worked out well and very easy to clean with a hose and squeegee
How about the grout, does that clean up easily?
I have the epoxy resin garage flooring, looks cool, but when wet, it’s dangerously slippery. It cleans fairly easily with soap though.

High used car prices is a good time to offload any “extra” cars though, which seems to be what his TL is. Not all decisions are just numbers on a spreadsheet though.
I went with a dark grey grout, floor is dirty now but it looks new when clean. I couldn't go with epoxy, the garage floor was a mess. The tiles leveled it out nicely.
Yes, TL just has clutch/flywheel/timing belt/new tires/brakes so figured if I sold it I'd not get all my money back. Will use it as a daily for a while it runs great.
