Is this normal???

I was traveling about 100 mph in my 04' TL the other day. It has 17,000 miles roughly. I noticed when I began to brake and decrease speed my steering wheel began to rock back and forth subtle, not a uncontrollable way. Is this normal for the car to react this way or do I need a wheel alignmemt? I have 18 inch A-spec wheels with no drop if that matters.

I do not think it is normal. My guess it could be wrapped rotor that causes wheel pulsation

Concur! Warped rotors. Tell your service dept., well, maybe leave out the 100mph part. But if your lucky they may turn them for free under waranty... Even with 17K.
Do you have a 6MT or 5AT? My guess the 5AT. Some may disagree but I feel the regular Acura rotors are less than adequate for the (any) car. Size wise they are fine, they just warp entirely to easy..
