Hey Acurazine Community. I just sold my M3 and bought a '07 TL Type-S. First I wanted to say hi and I'm glad I found this community. There's a lot of good information here. I have a quick question, when your interior lights are on does your sunroof button light up? This is the only thing that doesn't light up in my car. If it's suppose to light up does anybody know what kind of bulb I need to replace it? Is it easy to replace, if needed? Thanks everyone for your time.

Yes, the sunroof button has a tiny little bulb in it.
I just got the OEM bulb for @ $5 from the dealer parts dept. It is very easy to replace-- about 1 minute, give or take.

Funny you should mention this - Yesterday I noticed that my sunroof button didn't light up and wondered if it was supposed to.

 

Thanks for the quick response everyone. Called my local dealer and ordered a bulb for +$9 ouch! But she's worth it. Thanks again.
