How much trouble would it be to swap over to factory navigation? Is it as simple as swapping out the radio and climate/radio display? Or do the cars have completely different wiring harnesses? I found a good deal on the nav display, radio, and rom-unit and was just wondering if it was worth the trouble.

it has not been done yet but i believe it would take alot of work. my bet is that it would take a whole separate wiring harness to connect the system for the voice integration to work. if you have ever dealt with wiring harnesses before it can be a nightmare. my personal opinion is that its not worth the time and money. you are probably gonna spend way more on the conversion than the price difference for a nav vs non-nav.

Just trade your car in and buy a new one with Navi. Would end up being cheaper.

Just skip the nav. It doesn't offer anything. I mean, go buy a map....right?
