Don't you guys hate it when u find random scratches and chips on ur car? I been

getting LOT of those lately. Small scratches i was able to make it less visible with

those white compond rubbing things but chips and major ones... sigh. Only

places i take my car regularly is to school and church and i decided not to take it to

school anymore.. i mean if they're university students they should know better

but noooo.

one time i was sitting IN the car and this guy opens his civic and hits mine

and SEES me in the car but still drive off without saying anything.

And i also live in an apartment so theres no garage (and not so friendly with our neighbor) so another negative there.

So i decided to abandon my baby and drive 2000 hyundai sonata when going to school -_-;;

very sad and frustrating when u get these random scratches and chips.. rather

get em on ME than my baby lol cuz if it was on me it'll heal eventually =/

i guess i have to forget about em and live on until theres enough scratches and

chips so i can repaint my car lol

 

dude that sux, hopefully thats doesnt happen to my dad's car
i want to drive it school, but we have a lot of scary drivers at our school
everyday in the announcements, it says there has a been a hit and run

 

JL, I feel for you, bro, and I think everybody on this forum feels for you. Nobody cares for your car like you do. But, I've found that I just get used to those random chips and scratches. What can we do?

 

yeah, you cant really do anything about random scratches and chips-just little things that you have to deal with. We all love our babies, but You can make yourself go crazy worrying about small stuff like chips and small scratches. I personally would not let them run my life by changing my daily routine (like driving a different car), but do what you can and dont sweat the rest!

To the OP- I feel ya. I hate it when it happens to my ride too but life goes on.

 

JLJL: I just got my 05 TL keyed while at the movies. I tend to park far away from other cars to avoid dings from other car doors. Still, I wouldn't let that deprive me of driving my car.
