Hmmm thats easy...DId you buy your car with NO MUFFLERS??? If you answer no then that is the answer to your question

o im sorry i forgot to ask the million dollar question... Why dont you have any mufflers or Might not have any during inspection time?

 

where do you live?

if it came on the car stock- its supposed to still be there,,
exceptions for aftermarket cat and mufflers which you are allowed to change.. but must still be there
Noise regs would get you for sure,,thats got to be loud

 

^^ you can't change catalytic converters... well illegal here in Ca.

 

 

really? no mufflers? guess the best they can do is fail you, because that is a complete fail sorry op.
