NHB vs NBP?

NHB vs NBP?
I just purchased some touch up paint for my TL.
The car colour is Nighthawk Black Pearl, while the touch up paint is Night Hawk Black. I tested some of the paint on some paper and I don't see the little blue sparkles.
Is there a difference between NBP and NHB?
If so, should I look for NBP touch up paint?

Honestly, for tiny little rock chips, does it really matter if you have blue sparkles? I just touched up a couple with some basic black touch up that I already had from a previous vehicle. Couldn't see spending 6 or 7 bucks for the NBP pen.

www.paintscratch.com should have an NBP pen.
