1. Buy the parts and install them. The parts are interchangeable. A lot if members have put type-s bumpers and grills on 04-06 models.
2. JnC and AckTL05 are AcuraZine vendors that do this custom work. Install is a different story. If you're in NY or NJ I know Bruce can install too. Otherwise you will have to DIY. There are all kinds of DIY threads in the 3G Service Department. Or you can find a shop to install. I'm assuming you want an additional set of fogs in the lower grill area.
3. I've found that the lowest prices on OEM parts including the ASPEC kit are from Tim and Bruce. I believe Tim's username is OemPartsTim and Bruce is AckTL05. Their contact info can be found in the vendor directory. Click the vendor link. That being said any of our great vendors can help you.
4. See answer to number one.

Welcome. We're not going to spoon feed you. The answers to all of your questions can be found by doing about 5-10 minutes of digging around on the site.
Do you want the A-spec kit, or the Type S rear bumper? It doesn't make sense to have both. For fog lights, do you want the fogs for the '07-'08 bumper or for the current bumper? If staying with the '04-'06 bumper do the Honda Inspire mod. Otherwise the newer bumper will have a place to put the fogs already.

You can use the A-Spec Rear Lip Kit and fit quad exhausts. Either way between the rear bumper/Lip and the quad exhausts your looking at about 1k + shop charges to install. If you get a full exhaust (PCD, J-Pipe, Catback) you're looking at over 2k alone just in those things.

Well, you'll have to purchase a tail light for an 07-08 TL, remove yours, and then install the new one. I know it sounds intimidating, but you can do it! There is so much info on this site including DIYs that explain everything!

What kind of TL do you have?

He might just want the quad tips to give the aesthetic look of the real thing?

1.Front bumper and rear bumper and side skirts are all interchangeable.

The a-spec kits are where you run into differences Marv, heres a thread about that: https://acurazine.com/forums/3g-tl-2004-2008-93/unofficial-spec-difference-thread-853331/

2.JnC or AckTL05 like mentioned before do amazing headlight work, but there could be a shop local to you that may do headlight work aswell.

Foglight installation:https://acurazine.com/forums/3g-tl-2004-2008-93/g-031-diy-accord-foglight-mod-without-removing-spec-bumper-717204/

Just search google and type in "acurazine 3g" and the topic you're looking for and you'll find it.

Conversions are expensive. Your better off doing inspire fogs, and cutting rear bumper with aspec lip.

He said he's got 9-10,000 to spend. If he can afford it and wants to do it might as well do it

But does that include buying the car, or does he already own it? If he hasn't bought it yet, his mod budget will be way less.

I agree. Wanna stay w/i budget, youre gonna have to make concessions. Do accord conversion, Keep rear bumper the way it is, get after market exhaust for you model car and be happy. Going way over budget with a used car of certain age, you'll never get that money back on trading time.

If your main goal is a type S conversion, why not just save a little more and buy one?
