So I finally pulled the trigger on an '07 TL-S, Silver /Ebony/ 5AT. Picked it up yesterday afternoon.

Jackson Acura in Atlanta was the best dealer experience I have ever had. They were great, and I would reccommend them to anyone. Slater Nalley is the sales manager, make sure you deal with him directly, he is very easy to work with. My salesman was very good as well, but as you all know, dealing with the boss is always the way to go.

Back to the car, I love the red lights at night. The exhaust note is very nice as well, and the seats are very supportive. I am driving like a grandmother right now, but I can't wait to open it up.

Thanks to all of you who helped influence my decision from prior posts. Looking forward to the Atlanta meet in January, keep me posted!

and i also have orders in for the CAI, White lights(fog and all interior), trunk net, short shifter, and tinting this friday(20%) cant wait for everything to get in

I just pulled the trigger two days ago on the 07 type S. I went though the buying service USAA has and they find me a deal through Honda Carland (right across the street from Jackson Acura) for 500 over invoice. I emailed Jackson Acura giving them the chance to make me an offer and they told me to take a hike (not in those words, but they were not willing to deal). I got the black with the ebony/taupe interior (seats are all taupe, trim on doors and dash is mosty ebony with some taupe) which apparently I am the only one who actually prefers that. I think it's too hot in Atlanta to have black leather seats. Anyyway, I couldn't be happier. Thanks everyone for the input. I will post pics soon. I love it!

Nice pick up. Here in San Antonio, 04-06 TL are as common as 3series but I am yet to see any 07 base or 07-TLS. However that is not to be unexpected because I was one of the few to have an 05 TL before they proliferated.

Congratulations on your purchase! I bought from Jackson as well, and had a similiar experience. They were the only dealer interested in locating a '06 NBP/Ebony 6MT Navi for me last month. Had to bring it up from down state, as the metro area was pretty well picked over. All the other dealers from Athens to Chattanooga were only interested in selling what they had on their lots.

I have yet to see a TL-S on the road, though base TL's are a dime a dozen around here. I'll look for you in traffic.
