New TL Owner w/ a question

Hello--

I purchased an '06 SSM TL about 2 months ago and have been browsing around the forum since. I figured it was time for me to join. The car is great, I bought it with 37K on the odometer, navi, auto, great condition inside and out!

I have added the rear lip spoiler already and am now looking at the A Spec kit and type s tails. My question is about the A Spec kit; I know I can purchase the pieces individually so how would it look by not replacing the side skirts? I was thinking about doing the front and rear bumper(s) only. Has anyone ever seen this? Is there a big difference between the side skirts?

Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks!

Welcome to AZ I imagine some members run without the side skirts. But I think most will say it looks better with them. Check out some pics in the photo section. But if you think it looks better without them, go for it.

It will look better with a complete set (do the side skirts)

BM-enjoy your new purchase and welcome. The guys are right-you might really consider the side skirts. You could get away without them, but they will probably look more proportional with the new nose and tails. I think once you get the nose and tails on, the OEM side skirts will look too small for the other pieces.

either do just front or all, other then that it just does not flow correctly.

Thanks guys for the responses. From the pictures i have seen, i really couldn't tell if there was much of a difference between the oem skirts and the A spec skirts. It sounds like there is so i will get the full kit.

Thanks again for the responses!
