New to TL land
Hello all, just introducing myself. I purchased a 2006 Acura TL 6sp black with beige lthr. Car should be here within the week and I will post pics at that time. I purchased the car to be my daily driver and it is replacing an 07 Honda fit that's great on gas but super boring. I figure since its a manual I can still save some gas cause I'm getting 28mpg with my fit. I'm not new to Acura cause I had several Legends back in the early 90s. I currently own a 94 Acura NSX as my weekend fun car as well. I'm hoping to learn lots from this forum and love the info I've found thus far.

Welcome to the TL family. If you run a good oil and gas in your TL you'll def see 34-35mpg on the hi-way. In the city i see a 16-18mpg return. Enjoy your new Acura in the family.

91+ always.


the low on the oil:
any oil will do.
as long as you follow the MID. Butt, I'm sure you knew this, owning an nsx an all.

White one is for my buddy but that's an old pic, he said he did some exterior mods and I will see him tommorow and post some more pics

welcome to the site, I find that funny that the NSX has the same motor code as Legend C32A vs C30A, anyway post some pics when you have a chance.

It didn't, I bought the car many years ago from a rich guy in Cali and he had that done to it

That was at a exotic car meet in jersey, I usually attend many of them in the tristate area
