new tl

Ok - this might be a bit sketchy but I took a gamble.

I have been looking for a 07+ tl type S I found several and I wont bore you with the details, but its been a struggle.

anyway, I found this

2007 type S
40K
Acura certified
9+condition
23,3 out the door.

I haggled hard to get this. anyway, from my research and experience I think I've done rather well considering the bullshit I have been through

It's the electric blue color, not sure the color abbreviation that is used. Anyway I fly down and get my car tomorrow.

really excited I have wanted one for several years. Only question - is the car as good as the pictures and sales guy describe? I'll find out tomorrow.

car fax one owner and clean across the board with all services. I was surprised that car faxreports all services but it does.

anyway there you go. as far as risk goes. this one appears a no brainer, but I wont know for sure until i kick the tires and punch the salesman

but I will say this -the sales guy has been great to work with -we'll see how this shakes out tomorrow.

If it helps, I just picked up a black 08 Type-S with 33k miles for 26k OTD. So, yours is a year older with a few more miles on it, I'd say you're getting a pretty good deal as long as you like the KBP color. There are TLs out there though that have seen much harder lives than others, so examine it closely.

I'd speculate that Type-S buyers have to work a little harder at getting a good deal, because I'd guess the average guy/gal looking at a Type-S wants it because it's not just any TL. Know what I mean? It certainly felt that way when I was shopping for one.
