New member with a New TL

Hey guys I write this with a sad face, as I bought a 2008 CPO TL NBP on 2/5/2011 on 2/23/2011 the car was involved in a hit and run. The damage was done to my driver side door, fender, and side view mirror. I picked up the car today 3/7/2011 and it looks great... But(theres always a but) it seems like some panels are not aligned properly and there is a greater gap on the driver side then there is on the passenger side, also the driver side lamp is very easy to remove, I am able to remove it with just the tug of my finger, I as assuming and I don't if I am right but I think that is because that fender is not OEM and it is also mis aligned because of that. What do you think do I go back to the insurance company and let them know of the issue or back to the body shop.. Im really lost as this is my first car and also the first major accident I have had with any car. Any help will be greatly appreciated on what I should do next.

I heard of people making sure with their insurance company that only OEM parts are used. I'd check to see with them first on what their part replacement policy is.

Most major insurance companies have a "Quality Assurance Guarantee" clause in there somewhere. I would give them a call and inquire. Welcome and sorry about the accident. Keep up updated.
