Just purchased my first tl. 2008 TL White w/ navi. All my cars have been manual but i had to settle for automatic with this one since i could not find a clean TLS

Anywho little car history

2002-2005/ 1998 Civic Hatchback Silver "stolen"
2005-2007/ 2005 Mitsubishi Evolution 8 RS White "sold, lost my job"
2007-2014/ 1996 Honda Civic Hatchback Silver "sold to buy the TL"
2014-Present/ 2008 Acura TL white

So i hope to meet some of you guys/ gals.


Future plans for the TL: minor mods interior and exterior but i have a few things in my pocket

Congrats and welcome.... That EVO must have been hard to sell..but I feel ya.. Im on my second 3rd gen TL, My first one was an 04 NBP 6MT...had for 1 year and soon after...got laid off..was also forced to sell it... now just this past Feb..picked up 06 auto base after my 04 IS300 was rear ended and totaled... Good luck modding!

Welcome. The autos are a compromise, but they're not terrible. Change your pressure switches when you service the tranny next.

 

I still rather have had it manual

I think i do need to replace those switches thanks for the heads up

Congrats on the 08 WDP TL/nav. Nice color. I used to have a 08 WDP TL-S but had to get rid of it. Now drive a 08 CBP TL-S. Welcome to AZ!!

 

thanks! Ya kinda am.. They are realible cars well atleast to me they have been. I wouldve never let the evo go. But sometimes we gotta do things we dont want to do.

I wanted that same tls but couldnt find a decent one.. i literally saw about 6 different tls all different colors but all were junk! So i went with the one i have now lol
