New to Forum, TL questions (lights)

Sorry if this is not the place for this kind of thing but here goes my question.

I have a 2005 TL AT.
I'm interested in modding my headlights, preferably going with halo headlights. I found thiisss... http://www.carbodykits.com/Acura-TL-...hting-Kit.html

Looks reasonably priced but I have some questions I hope someone can answer. First is, since there are both two high beam rings, and two low beam rings, will the demon eyes ballast fit beside my OEM fog lights?? I would love it if they did and thus I had two rings and fog light in each headlight housing. (Like this guy http://media.photobucket.com/image/d...yesandfogs.jpg)

SO if I were to buy the above kit, would I have to get rid of the fog light? Also I ASSUME when you install the halo lights, that entails removing the OEM brights/lows yes? Or do the rings kind of go around the OEM lights?

Sorry if my vernacular is not up to snuff, I am just getting into DIY for my car and I'm very excited! Thanks for your help!

OK I did a little more investigation and it appears that the kit simply puts the halo lights around the existing lights. Plus thats a pic of a TSX.. so yeah.. Any reviews on this mod?

People buy their kits from umnizta, they have a few versions, CCFL which are glass tubes and are very fragile and they run on ballasts. Then their is the LED version they are s bit smaller and block 10% of the light output which isn't very noticeable these are very sturdy and don't require ballasts.
