Hello everyone! I’ll be picking up a new to me, one owner, 07 Acura TL type S in a few days. I’m so excited! I’ve always wanted one. Can’t wait!

 

Congrats! and welcome! Still one of the best looking sedans ever made. Definitely the best looking Acura sedan for sure. How many miles are on it?

The car has about 160,000 miles. I pulled the Carfax and reviewed the maintenance history and the water pump and timing belt have not been done. Looks like that’ll be my first thing before using it as my daily. It’s black with gray interior. The seats have usual wear and tear but are in overall great condition.

I finally picked up the black nighthawk TL Type S yesterday evening. I’ll post pics later today. I had to walk in the garage this morning to make sure I didn’t dream about owning the Type S. Ha! I bought it from an attorney who knew nothing of interior maintenance. There has to be years worth of dust. However, he did mechanically maintain the vehicle at the local dealership religiously during his 14 year ownership. Unfortunately he doesn’t know if the water pump and timing belt have been done. He simply would roll into the dealership for maintenance and repairs and simply cut a fat check to them. I’m excited nonetheless to do the work if I have to.👍🏼
