What is the test drive policy at the dealership from which you purchased the TL? Do they let prospective purchasers take the car out alone or are the always accompanied by a salesperson? At my local Acura, Lexus, Infinity dealers, they always let you test drive it yourself and allow you to spend time with the demonstrator. When test driving Hondas Toyotas Mazdas Nissans, etc. the local dealers always accompany you on the drive. Consequently I would be leary of accepting an Acura with 10+ miles, but not a Honda since they will not let you take them out alone.

Alone or not, the dealers more often than not encourage you to abuse their cars LOL!
