I got a crack in my bumper from hitting another car. Do you know if the bumpers from Acura come prepainted or is it just primed and ready? Anyone know of a good place to buy a replacement bumper? thanks and im so sad

edit: found one on ebay not painted, but primed and ready for 160+65 for shipping. Oakland acura has 20% off parts and freeshipping making it 250 with tax. Also how much labor is needed to going into installing and/or painting?

Yeah, the bumper is not a cheap fix. That's one of the reasons why I caution against doing my mod. The conversion back to stock is a mother! Good luck on that, as it appears you already scaled back costs as much as you can already.

 

im taking the car in to see if they can just repair the bumper instead of replacing the whole thing. Wish me luck...

 

The prices to paint the bumper than range. My bumper on my 1st gen is basically a piece of so yesterday I had time to go see how much it would be to be fixed, but not replaced. I was quoted $400 at one place and $250 at another and then I have one more place to go to before I decide where it is going to be done.

 

Sigh...money down the drain when i could of used it for mods or something better.

450 to get it painted and put back on
230 + 20 tax for bumper is 700 bones not well spent

 

Does anyone know if there is a difference between the 04,05 and 06 bumpers?
