(New to AZ) Is this TL worth it?

Hello Acurazine, im looking into getting my first Tl,i ran into one that I am seriously considering. It is a 2006 with 188k miles for 6k at a small dealer, and....(drumroll) its a 6 speed MT. Its taken me forever to find a manual in my area. It looks very well taken care of, not even tears in the seat. Obviously mileage is high, but for the price, and need i repeat? Manual. I feel the urge to get seeing how hard these are to find but first I would like some input from you guys as to what you think of this car. (I can easily find one with lower miles for around the same price but in auto, Im just overexcited that i found a manual for this price in my area)
Thanks in advance

2006 has subtle extra features over 04/05. Mileage is not that much of a big deal especially for a well kept vehicle. Invest in a timing belt kit, spark plug tune up, brakes if needed, and flush out every single fluid in the car. Run synthetic engine oil and the engine will outlast the car. If you're set on getting MT, make sure you do.

I'd buy a manual with 230K before I bought an auto with 100K. Wait, I did. These cars are very reliable in general and you should expect normal wear items to need replacing at that mileage, e.g. suspension parts, brakes, etc.

If the car is in as good of condition as you say, I don't think you can go wrong, especially or that price. If the car does NOT have NAVI, then it would save you $300 if you ever get a Hondata for tuning, so that's a plus.

Just don't get caught up in it - if there is something glaringly wrong, just walk away.

Good luck with the purchase!

Check for cracks on the dashboard and heavy wear on the lower seat cushion side bolsters.
