specialized techs my ass!!!!!!!
i had my door handle changed because the little piece fell off the door handle
pretty easy job not rocket science
i get the car back and my interior door panel is broken by the speaker and my new sony speaker is buzzing
happens everytime i take my car to ANY mechanic dealer or not
they fix one thing and break 2 more!!!
ALSO to change my VSA bulb in the switch and my panel under my steering wheel wasnt even put back on correctly its loose by the door and my radar status light is pushed all the way in!!!!!

now i gotta go back tomorrow and have the door panel replaced and possibly reimbursed for my speakers in the front door!

now a 30 dollar part is going to cost them about $322.27
i guess they need more of those flash animation trainings to learn how to get the damn door panel back on!

 

at least ur gettin ur money back and their fixing it w/o a problem......and their not being assholes about it......good luck with that

 

i hope that will be the case
im going tomorrow to have the service manager look at the door panel
they know me already ive been there almost every week since i got the car for several issues ive had they know that ive spent some time under the hood of my cars
they have no excuse not to replace it
