Torque steer in an AT? WTF? I've heard of torque steer issues with the 6MT but I've never even felt anything near torque steer with my own AT. And I mash the throttle on a daily bassis with only one hand on the wheel.
In fact, one of my complaints is the disconnected feel of the steering with the AT. I'm mashing the throttle on a FWD car. I should be feeling the steering squirm on uneven paved surfaces and the like. Nope! not a thing! Only when I take high speed corners do I really need to have both hands on the wheel.
As for the shift gate, what is this guy? A retard? P-R-N-D... it's the same on ALL AT cars! In fact, most of the time I have trouble going from R to N because I usually pull it back to D and skip the N gate. Just pu your foot on the brake, push the lever right a bit and pull all the way back until it stops. There... you've got D. Pretty damn easy. If you're unsure, look at the dash (tach) and you see what gear you're in. Or you can look down at the shifter with it's clearly defined gear indications. You'd have to be a noob at driving to completly miss D.

You can find something wrong with ANY car if you look hard enough....or are determined to find something to bitch about. This guy's a loser pure and simple......he couldnt' find "D" on an auto???? sheesh....back to driver's ed for him! what a dip!
