Need Thoughts on 2004 A-Spec

I'm thinking about buying from an Acura Dealer.

Hey guys, just need your thoughts. Is a 2005 TL A-Spec with 16K on it a good deal at $30,995??? How about $32,995

Also, does the front end of an A-Spec look higher than the back to anyone besides me? Especially after putting a subwoofer in the truck?

How are the 18's in the winter?

Any other thoughts/concerns are welcome. Thanks guys.

As far as car pricing....that is very localized to some degree and I might suggest either a consumer reports used car pricing guide report (about $17 or something like that) or just checking KBB.com.

On the issue of height...you must be looking at an automatic (I have one too) and yes...they sit slightly higher in the front due to larger springs to compensate for auto trans weight. A subwoofer would only amplify this effect if it were really heavy....but not too much.

The 18's are terrible in the winter if you dont change to a winter tire....tire is most of it...size isnt the issue here!

It looks like you answered your own question. i bought my 04 A-Spec for $28,500 with 12,000 on the odometer. Even though I could afford the cost of a new 06, I opted for the A-Spec on looks. I would have to spend $38,000 for a 06 the way I would want it. But I understand what you are saying

Well you could have bought my 04 Navi A-spec with 18k miles on it for $27,500 yesterday, but I just took it off the market today.

Thanks for your thoughts everyone. It's used yes, but everything eventually becomes "used". It's only one year old and it's in excellent condition. I got to have the A-Spec package, for a price I can afford. I bought it today for $30, 800 out the door. Acura Certified with 100K warranty. I feel great about my purchase.

I forgot to mention. It just gets better, actually. I stated this was an 04. But actually, My A-Spec is a 2005!! For $30,800 out the door.

Previously I had a 2002 Type S. Aegean Blue Pearl.
