"Need Service Soon" Reset

Does anyone know how to reset the service light that comes on after I change my oil. It says "need service soon" or now it says "need service now. The dealer won't give me the code.

I have a 2004 tl

Hold the Select/Reset button for 10 seconds and release when display changes messages

Hold the Select/Reset button for 10 seconds (again) and release when it prompts to reset or cancel
