Hey all.... I wanted to see if anyone has a rear bumper for the 05 TL. Someone last night backed into my car...and destroyed my rear bumper! Worst part...they drove off without leaving information. Gotta love it! Or if anyone know good place to get one for a decent price... I'd appreciate it.

If you don't need it painted (usually cheaper to get it painted rather than buy it painted from what I found)

I generally use Certi-fit. They are local to me, so unsure if they ship or not. This is non OEM though - just to warn you.

Comprehensive insurance covers it doesn't it? I know mine does. Call them! Its what you pay for.

pictures? explain "destroyed". if it's totally "destroyed", i think it'd be easier, and cheaper, to take it into the body shop don't you think? Probably other junk that's damaged too...what's your deductible?

 

painted rear bumpers are around $300.00 from the dealership painted...i'd just go that route..it's not that expensive..better than fixing a cheap bumper

 

The bumper does not come painted so you have to get it painted yourself.

And it will cost at least another $300 or so to get it painted, depending on the color and the quality of the job.
