Perhaps you want to elaborate before all the members of acura-tl offer their wise opinions? What's the problem?

Just out of curiousity, why do people put in astericks, dashes or spell out the "dot" when referencing the above website here on this forum? Is the website taboo or something? I guess I should know since I am here so often, but I really have no idea.

Something to keep in mind, I vaguely remember reading that if you get both of these items, you should install them in a certain order. I can't remember the order, but installing them in the right order apparently makes the install easier or something. Does anyone remember the correct order?

Yes the site takes any references of URL site. Hence the star insertions.

You have to put door edges first and then BSM..

As for the order of install, if you place the BSM's to close to the door edge the edge gaurds won't slide on...

This site will not allow you to reference any link that is in direct competition to its sponsors. Certain links will be accepted even though they sell Acura parts, but this is one that will not. If you put the link in your reply, and then someone clicks on it, they get a completely unrelated site.

This is true. Also, be sure and leave enough room at the front of the rear door molding. My dealer didn't, and the warm weather caused the rear door BSM to expand enough so it makes a huge creaking sound when you open the rear door and it scrapes on the end of the front BSM, so they are having to order another set and replace the rear BSM.
